Dave Jobe, Senior Pastor
Prior to joining the staff in 1999, Dave served in collegiate ministry at several universities in Texas. Dave's wife, Debbie, is on staff with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Daughter, Jill, and her husband, Sam Perry, live in Dallas where Sam attends Dallas Theological Seminary, and Jill teaches at Lake Highlands High School. Son, Jim, and his wife, Rachel, have both graduated from A&M and have applied for an overseas appointment in Africa. Son, Jess, plays soccer for Fontbonne University in St. Louis.

Chris LaRue, Associate Pastor
Before coming to Willow Bend, Chris served churches in Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Texas. He has worked with students, directed musical theater and church music ministries, as well as served in various ministries beyond the local church. Chris considers himself blessed to be able to be a part of the WB family as he uses his gifts and abilities to serve his Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Steven Kirlin, Student Pastor
Prior to joining the staff in 2007, Steven served in inner-city ministry at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Bryan, TX. He has also served as an adult education intern at Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, TX. Steven and his wife, Melody, both attended Texas A&M University and married in 2005. They have one daughter, Bella Carmichael.

An experienced ministry professional, Tim handles all of the administrative functions of the church and its ministries. Willow Bend is blessed to welcome Tim back in this role after he retired as worship minister. Tim is married to LaDonna, and they have two grown children and three grandchildren.

Coordinating curriculum, skits, music, and activities for pre-school through 5th grade is no easy task, yet, Alicia does it week in/week out with one passionate goal in mind: to help kids become best friends with Jesus. Alicia is married to Bob Wiley and has two sons, Chris and Ben. |

Darrell has extensive recovery experience and has worked as a lay leader with Celebrate Recovery in two other local churches.
