Whether you're new to wb or ready to partner with the wb family in ministry, Next Steps is designed to walk you through the history, theology, vision and purpose of membership in the wb family.

In the Spring of each year, many wb'ers get involved through iSERVE. iSERVE is a simple but powerful tool that lets the wb family see what ministry and service opportunities are available for the upcoming year. However, some of these serving roles that have requirements (not all, but some) and one of the most important requirements for many roles is membership.

In Next Steps, participants learn that membership is really about one thing: unity. We want everyone involved in ministry and serving who has a desire to be involved, but when it comes to roles that include teaching and leadership, unity (and accountability) in things like theology, vision and relationships is paramount.
